We advance hard conversations within organizations that threaten breakdown and resentment.  We help build teams up to enable people to work toward their full potential by surfacing the interpretations within a group and shattering the communication blocks that stand in the way. When people or teams are divided and unbalanced, having a win-win mindset seems impossible.  Redefining conflict opens the opportunity for a coaching culture that validates the contributions of each team member.  The goal for working "with" conflict is simple - Get curious, ask empowering questions, listen and build the forwarding actions with accountability and follow up.

We offer 2 hour, 4, hour and 8 hour sessions
